Welcome to WheelAround Rentals. By using our website or renting a bike from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Rental Requirements

• All renters must provide a valid ID and payment information at the time of booking.
• Renters under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the bike.

2. Rental Period and Returns

• Bikes must be returned at the end of the rental period specified in your booking. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Bikes must be returned in the same condition they were rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

3. Safety and Use

• Helmets and safety gear are provided and highly encouraged during your ride.
• Renters are responsible for adhering to local traffic laws and riding safely.
• WheelAround Rentals is not liable for injuries sustained during the use of our bikes.

4. Liability for Damages

Renters are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented bike during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged as necessary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the rental period are eligible for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

6. Modifications to Terms

WheelAround Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all rentals moving forward.
